praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the notification made by the second respondent namely the Executive Engineer and Administrative Officer, Hosur Housing Unit, Tamil Nadu Housing Board and published in the Thina Thanthi, ref.Se.Ma.Tho.E/842/Varaikalai/2012 dated 15.07.2012 and quash the same so far as it relates to Serial No.1, item II and consequently direct the respondents to maintain the space provided for garage in the original layout plan and now provided a new number 44-A.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the writ petitioner died. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner has taken efforts to contact the legal heirs of the original writ petitioner for the purpose of conducting the case.

2. Since there is no response from the legal heirs of the original writ petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to proceed with the matter and report 'no instructions'. Thus present writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
