The petitioners seek for a mandamus directing the second respondent to consider their representation dated 05.10.2017, wherein and whereby they sought for passing a fresh order in the place of the order already passed on 23.06.2017.

Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 23.06.2017, in the manner known to law.
