Plaint filed under Order IV Rule 1 of original side rules r/w Order VII Rule 1 of C.P.C praying to pass a preliminary decree declaring the 4/9th share of the Plaintiff in the suit A, B, C and D schedule properties and 1/3rd share in the suit E, F and G schedule property, to pass a final decree for partition and separate possession of he Plaintiff 4/9th share in the suit A, B, C and D schedule properties and 1/3rd share in the suit E, F and G schedule property and to pay the costs of the suit.

2. The suit is one for partition. The parties were referred to mediation by the Mediation Centre attached to this Court. The parties arrived at a settlement and Memorandum of Compromise has been filed in and by which the parties had agreed for allotment of specific properties in each of them.

3. In view of the same, there will be a final decree in terms of the compromise in the suit. The Memorandum of Compromise will form in part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, the connected application is closed. 04.07.2019 kkn C.S.No. 911 of 2015 in O.A.No. 1224 of 2015
