When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.186 of 2014 was completed and the case was closed as Further Action Dropped (FAD). She further submitted that the Referred Charge Sheet (RCS) notice in R.C.S.No.3 of 2015 was filed before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai, on 01.05.2015.
