This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has lodged a complaint to the Commissioner of Police, who has referred the same to the Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Tiruppur.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the 2nd respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 20.04.2016.
