This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl O P No 29961 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.4(b) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl O P No 29961 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
