This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to learned Judicial Magistrate I, Ariyalur, to recall the non-bailable warrant dated 21.05.2018 issued as against the petitioner in C.C.No.180 of 2016.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sivaraman, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] appearing for respondent.

3. It is seen that non-bailable warrant has been issued as early as on 21.05.2008. The calendar case is of the year 2016. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to pass any further orders in this petition. It is left open to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and file a petition to recall the non-bailable warrant. The Court below shall deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above 2/4

direction.
