The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para No.1 and 6 of the order dated 02.03.2023 and the same shall be replaced as follows:

''The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 343, 370 and 374 of IPC r/w Section 16 of Bonded Labour System Abolition Act 1976 and Section 75 and 79 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of children's Act, 2000) later altered into Section 9,16,17,18 of Bonded Labour System Abolition Act 1976, 75, 79 of JJCPC Act 2015, 14 of Child Labour Act and 343, 370, 374 of IPC in crime No. 31 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, Seeks anticipatory bail.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai - 01, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest

or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that:"

3. All other conditions imposed in the order dated 02.03.2023 shall remain intact except for the above said correction.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 02.03.2023 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties.
