Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to permit the petitioner to writ the Group-II Main examination to be held on 23.02.2025 with help of a scribe of petitioner's choice and further grant compensatory time of one hour for writing the Group-II Main examination pursuant to the notification No. 08/2024 dated 20.06.2024 issued by the respondent.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying to appoint a scribe to assist the petitioner for writing the Group-II Main examination, which was scheduled on 23.02.2025. On 20.02.2025, a direction had been given by this Court to nominate a scribe and it had been stated that a scribe had been appointed and the petitioner had also written the examination.

2. In such circumstances, no further orders are required. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
