ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11019 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15255 of 2024, dated 02.08.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Tiruppur North Police Station on every Saturday at 10:00 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has so far complied with the condition for four weeks and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the nature of offence and since the condition imposed on the petitioner is only to appear once in a week, for a period of eight weeks, this Court is not inclined to relax the aforesaid condition.
