By consent the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner submitted a representation dated 08.02.2015 to
the respondents stating that he belongs to Irrular Community which is a Scheduled Tribe community. His father viz., Gopal put up a small hut 40 years back in the land bearing Survey No.178/4, Theevanur Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram District. On 03.11.1994, the respondents have issued patta in the name of his mother viz., Kuppu for Survey No.174/14 measuring an extent of 00.60 sq.meter. The petitioner claims that he is not married and living separately and prayed for issuance of patta in the above said representation. Since he has not been favoured with any response, he came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Venkadeshan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.RM.Muthukumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
4..This Court without going into the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2015, in accordance with law after putting on notice to the persons concerned, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and inform the decision taken to the petitioner .
