(CRIME NO.26 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant further EXTENSION OF TIME in Crl MP No.13995 of 2021 order dated 23.12.2021 in Crl OP No.10336 of 2021 order dated 14.06.2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.G.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10336 of 2021 dated 14.06.2021 to deposit a sum of Rs. 50,00,000/- to the credit of the Crime Number 26 of 2021.

2. The condition imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail on 14.06.2021 had not been complied inspite of four extension granted to the petitioner. This is the fifth extension petition filed by the petitioner. Since, this Court finds no reason for further extension of time petition for extension of time dismissed.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
