The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in para No.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3573 of 2025 vide order dated 13.02.2025.

The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition even once.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner had not complied with the condition even once, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court every working day at 10:30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3573 of 2025 vide order dated 13.02.2025.
