] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 455 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment in Spl.S.C.No.12 of 2021 dated 26.09.2022 on the file of the learned Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Case under POCSO Act, Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
