O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that encroachments had been removed.
2. In view of the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that if any encroachments are made further and are existing, the petitioner is at liberty to give complaint to the competent authority for removal of encroachments. In the event of receipt of any such complaint, Authorities shall act on the complaint in accordance with law. No costs.
