Challenging the proceedings of the 1st Respondent in Na.Ka.No.2034/2012/A1, dated 27.11.2012, Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

It is seen that, the Petitioner contested the elections held in the year 2011 and was elected as the Village Panchayat President of Theerthamalai Village Panchayat. As the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

impugned order under challenge pertains to the Panchayat election conducted in the year 2011 and subsequent Panchayat elections have also been conducted, by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.
