O R D E R

The petitioner was arrested in Crime No.793 of 2018 and was remanded to judicial custody on 08.06.2018. He was released on bail in Crl.M.P.No.2394 of 2018 on 16.07.2018 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram, on condition that he should report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. Aggrieved by the condition, the petitioner is before this Court. 2.Heard Mr.Sasikumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the order till date.

4.In view of the above, the said condition stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required.
