When this matter came up for hearing on earlier two occasions, i.e. 17.02.2025 and 19.02.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In order to give one more opportunity, this Court has directed the matter to be listed today i.e., 21.02.2025 under the caption "For Dismissal".
2. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it shows that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case any further. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
