ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Contempt petition is filed to punish all the Respondents for the violation and wilful disobedience of this Court's Order passed in WP No.36598 of 2015 and M.P.No.1 of 2015 dated 17.11.2015.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt petition may be dismissed as not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed.
