2.The prayer in the writ petition is for a mandamus directing the first respondent to regularize the service of the petitioner as Junior Training Officer with effect from the date of initial appointment by considering the representation dated 31.12.2013 and 27.01.2015 within a stipulated period. 3.Since a limited prayer is made to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.01.2015, without expressing anything on merits, the first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result to the petitioner. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
