JUDGMENT

The 1st defendant is the appellant in the Second Appeal. 2.During the pendency of the Second Appeal, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre to make an attempt to amicably settle the dispute among the parties. Accordingly, the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre and in the said process, they came to an agreement and a Settlement Agreement dated 28.02.2022 has been entered into by both the parties and it has been signed by the parties in the presence of the Mediator. The mediation Report has been sent to this Court along with the Settlement Agreement entered into between the parties. 3.On carefully going through the Settlement Agreement, it is seen that the parties have agreed that there will be no further claims or demands against each other and all the disputes and differences have been amicably settled.

4.Recording the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 28.02.2022, this Second Appeal is disposed of. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the Decree passed in the Second Appeal. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
