[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to produce the detenue viz. Suganya, aged about 17 years, before this Court from the custody of the 3rd respondent and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

Subramanian, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, submitted that the detenue viz. Suganya was secured and handed over to her parents.
