ORDER

Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for R1 and R2, being the Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine and the Tiruvannamalai GMCH and Mr.S.John J.Raja Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R3 and R4, being the Revenue Divisional Officer and the Tahsildhar, Mathalangulam Taluk. They are armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.

2. The petitioner prays for a mandamus directing R3 and R4 to dispose her representation dated 08.11.2023. It is unnecessary to go into the contents of the same as Mr.Singh would accede to the position that the representation has not only been received but enquiry is on-going and the next date of hearing is fixed as 07.03.2024 before R4. He assures the petitioner as well as the Court that enquiry would be completed and representation disposed expeditiously. 2 / 4

3. Hence, mandamus is issued to R4 to hear the petitioner as well as any other person, who is necessary in proper and equitable disposal of representation and pass orders on representation dated 08.11.2023 in accordance with law and all necessary Regulations and Government Orders, within a period of four (4) weeks from 07.03.2024.
