The Order dated 07.07.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.16184 of 2011 directing the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 11.2.2009 sent by the petitioner's counsel and take appropriate steps within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order is complied with on the basis of the averments made by the petitioner himself. For the subsequent encroachment, no contempt petition is maintainable. The contempt petition is dismissed accordingly.
