ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the 1st respondent to provide the incentive increment for qualification for M.A by the petitioner on and from 2013 and annual increment also from the year 2013 and to grant selection grade from the year 2023 and also the accrued EL amount. The 2nd respondent had given a recommendation on 24.02.2022 which was reiterated on 05.02.2025. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that after being duly qualified, the petitioner had been appointed as B.T. Assistant (History) on 07.01.2013 in the 2nd respondent school. It must also be noted that the 2nd respondent school is a minority educational institution. It had also been stated that for a minority educational institution upgradation of the secondary grade post as B.

T Assistant is permissible. The teacher need not be qualified in Teacher Eligibility Test. The petitioner had completed her M.

2013 to 2023.

3.A direction is given to the 1st respondent to examine the proposal given by the 2nd respondent, examine the appoint of the petitioner in the year 2013 and examine other records as are required and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
