O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the direction given by this Court to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ first respondent to consider the appeal filed against

the impugned order, cannot be disposed of by the first respondent, since they are not the Appellate Authority. It is also submitted that the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited is having 11% share in the second respondent-Company. Since the second respondentCompany is not making any progress, they are also to be closed. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the first respondent is not an Appellate Authority and hence the petitioner cannot find fault with the first respondent.

2. This Court is not able to get any response from the second respondent. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent that they are not the Appellate Authority, the contempt petition is closed.
