Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to third respondent's Tender for Outsourcing 65 Nos. of Attendants dated 22.11.2018 for a period of 24 months and quash the same, in view of the non-compliance of minimum wages prescribed by first respondent and other tender conditions.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records relating to third respondent's Tender for Outsourcing 65 Nos. of Attendants dated 22.11.2018 for a period of 24 months and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the third respondent-TNSC Bank made a submission that the process of Tender had already been completed and the fourth respondent was the successful bidder and accordingly, the Deputy General Manager of the third respondent-TNSC Bank in proceedings C.No.6565/HRD/2018-19 dated 04.02.2019 passed an order.

3. In view of the fact that the process of Tender had already been concluded, the relief, as such, sought for in the present writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
