Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to Respondents to dispose of his representation dated 29.01.2021.

According to the Petitioner, he was employed under the 5th Respondent herein and that, he was unlawfully terminated from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

service, though he was sincere in his work. It is his case that, he was put to great hardship on account of termination of service and he had been made to wait compulsorily without any valid reason.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Whether the employment of the Petitioner under the 5th Respondent is a continuous one or not cannot be gone into at this stage and asking the Respondents to dispose of the Petitioner's representation is not going to yield any results, and it is for the Petitioner to go before the appropriate forum. 5.

In view of the above, the Petitioner is not entitled to the relief sought for in this Writ Petition and he is at liberty to go before the Industrial forum, in respect of his grievance. The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
