ORDER
This Court, by order dated 23.03.2023 in W.P.Nos.4101 & 4140 of 2016, remitted the matter to the respondent for reconsideration of the matter afresh after affording an opportunity to the petitioners.
2. Today, the learned counsel for the respondent is present and has informed that re-enquiry proceedings were conducted and orders have been passed after serving notice on the petitioners.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners is present. It is not disputed that petitioners were not given an opportunity to participate in the re-enquiry proceedings. The learned counsel submits that, after the contempt was filed, the re-enquiry proceedings were concluded in a hurried manner.
4. The fact remains that this Court has ordered for re-enquiry and pursuant to the orders of this Court, respondent has conduced re-enquiry proceedings and passed orders after serving notice on the petitioners. If the
petitioners are aggrieved by the manner in which the re-enquiry proceedings were conducted, the petitioners can always agitate the same by filing a Writ Petition.
