This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the Section 145 proceedings, within the time frame fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that proceedings are now pending before the 2nd respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the proceedings have been pending before the 2nd respondent for quite a long time, there shall be a direction to call all the parties for an enquiry and complete the proceedings, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
