Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents herein for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 18.03.2015 made in W.P.No.23336 of 2013, passed by this Court.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.23336 of 2013.

2. The matter was adjourned on two earlier occasions. Today, the second respondent/Inspector of Police and the first respondent/Zonal Officer-Mr.M.Mohan are present in Court.

3. From the photographs produced by the respondent Corporation it is seen that action has been initiated. The Inspector of Police, who was present at the place, also affirms that the area has been fully cleared. However, it does not stop with that. The respondents should ensure that no further encroachment takes place.

4. With the above direction and observation, this contempt petition is closed.
