In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, who produced the copy of the report of the respondent/Inspector of Police regarding the manner in which the enquiry is commenced, the summons are https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ served on the petitioner in different addresses given by

him and the inability to serve the summons for want of nonavailability of the petitioner in the same address and the nature of the enquiry conducted and the final report of the Inspector of Police in this regard closing the same as mistake of fact, the remedy available to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy is before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

With such liberty, the Contempt Petition is closed.
