Company Application Nos.126 to 135 of 2020 in C.P.No.151 of 2013 Company Application Nos.126 to 135 of 2020 in C.P.No.151 of 2013 M.SUNDAR.J., 'VTX Industries Limited' is the company under liquidation in the main Company Petition (at the instance of a creditor) and this company shall be hereinafter be referred to as 'said company'.

2. Ten applications on hand have been filed by 10 exemployees of said company.

3. All ten applications have been filed inter alia under Section 177 of 'The Company Court Rules 1959' owing to the applicants failing to file proof of what according to them is debt (qua said company) with the Liquidator within the time specified.

4. Be that as it may, the prayer is for condonation of 177 days delay in filing Form 66.

5. Mr.Bavishetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator representing the Official Liquidator attached to this Court very fairly submits that he has no opposition or objection to these applications.

6. In the light of the fair stand taken by the Official Liquidator, I perused the affidavits filed in support of instant applications and I am http://www.judis.nic.in satisfied that the prayers deserve to be acceded to.

Company Application Nos.126 to 135 of 2020 in C.P.No.151 of 2013 M.SUNDAR.J., gpa/kmi 7.Though obvious, for the purpose of clarity it is set out that the applicants have to file originals before the OL in support of what according to them is a debt qua said company. On applicants filing such originals, the same shall be dealt with by the Official Liquidator on its own merits and in accordance with law.
