PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.240/2023/E1 dated 02.01.2024 and quash the same and consequentially direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to allow the petitioner continue in the post of clerical Grade-III without reference to the impugned order and to grant her further promotion to the 1/4
post of Superintendent as proposed in the tentative seniority list published on 13.01.2023 pending disposal of the writ petition and pass orders.
