For Petitioners : M/s.C.Uma (in both the cases) For Respondents : Mr.S.Arumugam, (in both the cases) Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These Contempt Petitions are filed complaining willful disobedience of the order, dated 17.04.2024 passed in W.P.Nos.31577 and 31579 of 2023.

2. It is stated that by the order, dated 16.07.2025, W.A.Nos.1769 of 2025 etc., filed against the said order, are partly allowed. In view thereof, nothing further survives in the Contempt Petitions.

3. Therefore, leaving open the liberty of the parties to take such appropriate proceedings depending on the order of the Division Bench, these Contempt Petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
