2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and accordingly, C.R.P(NPD)No.1846 of 2012 is restored to the file.

3. Post the Civil Revision Petition on 24.09.2018.
