Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to restore the seniority of the petitioner bearing Regn. No.NPD1991F00000117 in the employment exchange from the original date of registration so as to enable the petitioner to get the chance of employment by considering the representation dated 26.03.2015 made by the petitioner.

2.The prayer in the writ petition is for a mandamus directing the respondents to restore the seniority of the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

bearing Registration No.NPD1991F00000117 in the employment exchange live register from the original date of registration so as to enable him to get the chance of employment by considering his representation dated 26.03.2015.

3.Since a limited prayer is made to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2015, without expressing anything on merits, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result to the petitioner. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
