This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of suspension dated 29.01.2024 passed by the fourth respondent. 2.

On perusal of the order impugned in this writ petition, revealed that the petitioner was suspended only for 30 days and now, the period of 30 days also expired.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
