Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, praying to punish the respondents for their act of willful disobedience of the Order, dated 22.07.2011 passed in Writ Petition No.27482 of 2010.

O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. Learned Government Pleader states that the order has not been complied with, since the petitioner has not submitted the particulars asked for, i.e., PAN Number, Bank Account Number, present residential address, Pension Payment Order, etc.

3. The petitioner is, thus, directed to submit the aforesaid particulars within two weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order. Learned Government Pleader states that on the particulars being submitted, the amount will be remitted within four weeks thereafter.

4. The aforesaid statement is taken on record. The copy of the proceedings be communicated to the petitioner. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the said proceedings, it is open for him to challenge the same in separate proceedings. The Contempt Petition accordingly stands closed.
