[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Sneha, aged 14 years, seeks production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.V.M.R.Rajentran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

3. Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel represents on behalf of learned counsel for petitioner informs that the detenue viz., Sneha has been produced before concern Judicial Magistrate Court and now in the custody of the petitioner. Mr.V.M.R.Rajentran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor affirms such position.
