2. The suit has been filed for partition. Considering the fact that the main schedule properties A and B is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and other properties are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and also of the fact that the respondents/defendants 1, 2 and 5 are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court and only 3 and 4 are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
