WMP.No.7016 of 2021 in W.P.Sr.No.71419 of 2020 M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., and A.A.NAKKIRAN, J., [Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., ] The petitioners claim to be agriculturalist and challenging the impugned proceedings under the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, came forward to file single Writ Petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that in the light of the fact that the petitioners are agriculturalist and having poor economical background, prays for permission to pay single Court Fee.
3. This Court has considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials.
4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. If the papers are otherwise in order, Registry is directed to number the Writ Petition and list it for hearing. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate for respondent.
