JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The Writ Appeal is filed against the order of the learned Single Judge in WP No.26903 of 2018 dated 02.08.2021.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellant Corporation has fairly stated that pursuant to the order passed by the learned Single Judge, the second appellant/Regional Manager has passed an order vide proceedings dated 26.08.2022, wherein it is stated that the respondent herein/writ petitioner has been reinstated in service as Junior Assistant in the appellant Corporation as directed by the Writ Court, and thus, the order of the Writ Court has been complied with. Therefore, nothing 2/4

survives for further adjudication in the present appeal. A copy of the said proceedings dated 26.08.2022 has also been placed before this Court.

3. Taking on record the said proceedings dated 26.08.2022, and in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General for the appellants, nothing survives for adjudication in the present appeal. Consequently, the writ appeal stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP No.7490 of 2022 is closed.
