Respondents Prayer: Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, pleased to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondents for having willfully committed Contempt of this Court order, dated 14.11.2019 in W.P.No.31936 of 2019 and punish the respondent as per the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

O R D E R
The contempt petition has been filed to initiate Contempt proceedings against the respondents and to punish them for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.11.2019 in W.P.No.31936 of 2019 as per the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 .
2. It is stated that the request of the petitioner has been rejected by the 3rd respondent after filing of contempt petition.
3. According to the 3rd respondent, the order has been passed prior to the filing of the contempt petition on 20.03.2020. 2/3
4. This Court on 04.12.2020 while issuing statutory notice observed as follows:
"liberty is granted to the learned Additional / Special government Pleader/Government Advocate to file petition for dispensing with the appearance of the contemnors, along with the compliance report, if the order has been complied with."
5. Since the order has been complied with, as stated by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent, no further orders are required in this contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition is closed with liberty to challenge the order passed against the petitioner. Consequently, connected Sub application is also closed.
