When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Registering Authority already registered the vehicles sold by the Petitioner and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition.

Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the First to Fourth Respondents also confirmed the said submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
