Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to direct the respondent to forthwith furnish security to the extent of its contractual debt which is Rs.27,35,86,125/- (includes principal and interest upto 03.03.2014 @ 24% per annum) pending arbitral Proccedings.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant made an endorsement to that effect in this application.
