This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.7265 of 2014 dated 28.03.2014.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that upon completion of investigation in Crime No.80 of 2013, a charge sheet stands filed before learned Judicial Magistrate II, Chengalpattu and the same is taken on file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ in C.C.No.6 of 2016.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet stands filed. This Contempt Petition shall stand closed.
