ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.945 of 2024 on condition that he shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- along with two acceptable and reliable sureties. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, order dated 19.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.945 of 2024 passed by the learned Principal Special Judge under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai is modified to the extend that out of two sureties, one surety should be a blood surety. 11.03.2024 mac 2/3
