When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has already granted to the petitioner and he has also filed a position note to that effect. For better appreciation the relevant paragraph is extracted hereunder: "Subsequently, the petitioner name has been sponsored by Medical Service Recruitment Board examination 2013, joined at Primary Health Centre, Theerthamalai, Dharmapuri Health Unit District and joined on 19.09.2013. Subsequently, the petitioner has been regularized from his services Director of Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Chennai - 6. Proceeding R.No.90572/E5/A2/2016, dated 27.01.2018 (Sl.No.41). Now, the petitioner is working as Assistant Professor in Anatomy at Dharmapuri Medical College and Hospital, Dharmapuri".

2. Considering the position note filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 30.06.2023 dpq Index :
