Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.98 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur Weekly once imposed on the petitioner in the above Crl.M.P.No.2258 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.98 of 2018 by order dated 05.06.2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.98 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAVICHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court, on the petitioner to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Alandur, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., made in Crl.M.P.No.2258 of 2018, dated 05.06.2019.
